  • March 1943
  • Became a subcontract factory of Dengensha Co., Ltd. by the Wartime Act for Industrial Readjustment
  • August 1945
  • Temporarily closed due to the end of the war
  • September 1952
  • Reopened as a private company at 8-41-7 Higashiogu, Arakawa Ward, Tokyo
  • December 1960
  • Established a factory in Heta, Iwai City, Ibaraki Prefecture
  • January 1961
  • Began production of commutator bars
  • April 1962
  • Reorganized and established as Nitto Densen Co., Ltd.
  • April 1963
  • Increased capital to 4 million yen

  • Increased capital to 8 million yen
